The project above was a high-end residential development proposal. The Developer had already designed the site layout and had already chosen the specific Architectural Style from prototypes of single family homes. My task was to apply that Style to Multi-Family Condominium units, and to model and render the proposal. The renderings were developed via a 3D CAD model.

Finally, a small nearby church was considering a simple expansion and asked that I design various options for the expansion. The church had asked that the same style of architecture be maintained, but did allow for a few material variations. |
