Urban Plans - Experience before Vision |

Before I had very real opportunities to help plan better downtowns across North America, I had the very unreal opportunity to study in Europe. After completing architectural studies, I began advanced studies in Planning. While completing University in the states, I was awarded a grant to further study planning in both eastern & western Europe, starting with a very broad study of the west, including France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy, and Greece. Next were studies in the east, starting in Budapest Hungary with a visioning effort by international planning students to develop concepts for a cultural center on the Buda side of the Danube River. After the Budapest workshop came additional travel in both the east and west. |
